MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Wilhelm spent seven years holding senior positions at major development firms, where he helped originate, underwrite and execute on development projects for leading institutional investors, incl ADIA, Starwood, Marathon and Ares.

Wilhelm holds an M.Eng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and began his career in oil trading at Glencore before transitioning to the real estate industry.

INVESTMENTS & DEVELOPMENTS

20 years’ experience. Started in real estate as Founder CEO of Amiri Capital LLP from 2005 2018 (FCA authorized with assets under advice of 1.5 bn).

Current Investment Director at Black Mountain Partners as well as a Non-Executive Director of University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (one of the largest hospital trusts in the UK). He is also a non-executive director of several performing arts organisations including the Grange Festival, Laine Theatre Arts and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Previous roles include Travelex, Lloyds TSB Bank PLC, McKinsey Company and L.E.K Consulting.

Bindesh holds graduated at Palmer Scholar MBA from Wharton and a MA from Christ’s College, University of Cambridge where he studied Economics.

CAPITAL MARKETS

Aurelio Di Napoli has over 15 years’ experience within the commercial real estate markets including capital transactions, funds management, client advisory, asset management and leasing across Europe and Asia Pacific.

Current Partner and Real Estate Specialist at Spearvest, a Swiss investment advisory firm, and has previously held a number of senior positions, most recently with Savills as Director with the Operational Capital Markets team responsible for the Nordics, Southern Europe and CEE.

CONSTRUCTION

Gerry has over 30+ years’ experience in leading the management of large developments both nationally and internationally.

He recently worked with members of the A2X Team - Wilhelm and Bindesh - on the redevelopment of 68 King William St in The City of London on behalf of Black Mountain Partners and Ares Global Property Management.

Gerry has also held Senior Management roles with Tier 1 contractors leading the construction of numerous high value projects in the London area.
